The Nelson Tennis Scholarship

The Nelson Tennis Scholarship is awarded each year to college-bound seniors on the Georgetown High School Tennis Team. Since 1999, using money raised from individual donations and from the annual Nelson Scholarship Tennis Classic and Auction, the Foundation has been able to award $54,000 in scholarships to twenty-four deserving student athletes.

Pictured below are the students who received $2,000.00 each to help with their college expenses. Through their academic excellence, volunteer efforts and athletic achievement, our scholarship winners reflect commitment and passion for life-long learning, community service and the game of tennis.
